Kurt & Co was built around a simple idea: accounting should be straightforward, personal and fair.


We don't believe in complicated processes or only speaking to your accountant once a year. We take the time to understand your circumstances, explain things clearly and provide practical advice when you need it.


Too often, clients can end up paying large fees for work that doesn't necessarily take a great deal of time or involve significant complexity. We don't think that's right. One of our commitments at Kurt & Co is to provide a good service at a fair price.


Transparent fees. No surprises.


We believe your accountancy fees should be clear from the outset. Before we start working together, we'll agree the services you need and the associated fees, so you have a clear understanding of what you're paying for.


Where possible, we offer monthly payment options, allowing you to spread the cost of your accounting and tax services and make your cash flow easier to manage. If your circumstances or requirements change, we'll always discuss any changes to the scope of work and fees with you beforehand.


A personal approach


As an independent accountancy firm, we offer something you don't always get from a larger practice: a direct relationship with your accountant.


You'll deal with someone who knows you, understands your business and is available when you need support. Whether that's preparing your accounts, dealing with HMRC or helping you decide what to do next, we're here to help.

Meet the Founder


With many years of experience within the accountancy profession, I've seen first-hand the different ways businesses operate, the challenges they face and importantly, what clients actually expect from their accountant. 


I've also seen an industry where, too often, the focus can be on maximising fees rather than delivering real value to the client. I don't believe accountancy should work that way.


Kurt & Co was created because I wanted to build an accountancy firm around a different approach. One where the quality of the work matters, fees are fair, advice is honest and clients can speak to their accountant when they need to.


I believe good accountancy starts with getting the numbers right. But it doesn't stop there. It's about understanding those numbers, knowing what they mean for you or your business, and having the knowledge to provide clear, practical advice you can rely on.
